Expectations for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders
- All students are encouraged to read EVERY DAY.
- Read a minimum of TWO books that are NEW to you, then read more!
- Freedom of choice! There are no assigned books or lists; however, there are resources below to aid in your search.

Young Adult Library Services Association Award-winning titles and others from YALSA's selected lists spanning a broad range of reading and maturity levels. Many of the books are selected for teens aged 12-18 years old, but we encourage adults to take an active role in helping pick out books that are the right fit. |
