Bus Notes
If your child needs to ride a different bus home—for example, to go to a friend’s house—they must have a signed and stamped bus note in advance.
Important Guidelines:
- Bus notes must either
- be brought to the school vestibule or
- emailed to smsattendance@somersschools.
org before 1:00PM to be stamped and approved.
- Approved notes should be given directly to the bus driver when boarding.
- No bus notes will be accepted after 1:00 PM.
- For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes or phone requests during dismissal.
