Mental Health Resources

Mental health resources are available for New Yorkers who need them. Even though it's officially summer, school break is on the horizon, and our nation continues to move toward the end of the pandemic, the mental and emotional strain of this past year has continued for many students and their parents. New Yorkers can visit http://headspace.com/ny for free mindfulness resources or call their support hotline at 1-844-863-9314.

Mental Health America is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting overall mental health.  Their website provides online screenings for mental health conditions and resources for parents to find general information and support for their children.
